Entre-Deux-Mers lies in the area between the Dordogne and the Garonne Rivers and has a reputation for producing white wines that are memorably fresh and light. Madame Pommier is known fondly in the region as Madame Entre-Deux-Mers, largely in recognition of her energetic promotion of local wines.
