Languedoc lies in the area between the Mediterranean Sea and Spain and, with 300 days of sunshine a year, has a reputation for producing wines that are memorably fresh and complex.  This vineyard covers the highest plateau in the region, further enhancing the crisp and refreshing character of the wine.

Cepages : Sauvignon Blanc, Roussanne.  This combination is dynamite for creating a wine of complexity and interest.
