Tasting
Notes: A flavorful, but crisp,
clean and delightfully refreshing warm-weather white. It shows zesty,
fresh citrus, pear and apricot aromas backed by hints of melon and
fresh herbs. The flavors are crisp and bright with surprising depth
for such an affordable bottling. Zesty melon and peach fruits are
enhanced by elements of almond and citrus. The finish is fresh and
clean. Very balanced and versatile.
Recommended
Food Pairings: An exceptional and versatile wine that
pairs equally well with Salads, Seafood and Fish, as with Poultry
and goat cheeses. Try this fragrant white as a refreshing aperitif
or enjoy it with your favorite finfish, shellfish, poultry or pasta
cream sauce dish.
Awards:
The Morels are exceptionally talented and have consistently won
awards and glowing recommendations in Guide Hachette as
well as a gold medal at the Paris Concours in 2008.
