About the Producer: In a vineyard of 80 hectares, surrounded by 700 hectares of national park land, Château Pas du Cerf continues a wine making tradition begun in 1848. Aurore, Diane and Marion represent the latest generation of the descendants of Genevieve and Patrick to steward this land.

Tasting Notes:  A deep red color with purple highlights anticipate the intense and complex aromas of red fruits, spices and licorice.  A balanced and full wine with supple tannins.
